New Site, Second Chance?

No... definantly not, there is an obvious reason that they where banned and/or perma-banned & just because the site has been changed (for the better) doesn't change what they did & if we give them a second chance, they'll probably get banned again... besides if you're perma-banned, you're perma-banned, end of.

Creating so many multi accounts it became a problem. Also broke other rules and had TERRIBLE grammar.

They stay banned. If anything they should be thankful for the update because they can now at least view the forums.

. It would be so tempting to get back on the forums now that they can view it.

I can't believe people would stand for someone wishing death on every member of the forum or making so many multi accounts that for a while every new member was suspect and had a hard time.

Tempting maybe but if they wanted to be here then they shouldn't have broken all of those rules in the first damn place. They gave up their right to use this site. It is not hard to obey the rules, you do. Just please, drop it.

It is my right to the Peoples assembly to point a direction for the forums, if you want to be a overlord and discourage it, why don't you just go into the moderator only forum and ask to delete the PA.

Slow down there. She was only giving her wish for the direction of the forum. Just because she gave her own opinion, even as a mod, does not mean that she is overlording it.

It is your right yes but you are constantly asking for the same thing over and over that will never happen and you have been told this repeatedly, so many times. Perma banned members are NOT coming back. No matter what you say, no matter what other member short of Stalin and the mods you get to agree with you. You are wasting your time as well as everyone elses. And pretty much spamming the PA with it.

The PA was never created as a place to appeal for perma banned members, it has never been a part of it's function or purpose.

And if the PA wasn't for this use why was a member being banned publicly announced and a Poll created for said user?

Calling my logic fruitless, that is funny. It was announced because he was a well known member, the community needed to know why he was gone. That poll? It was clearly stated that he wasn't coming back and that the poll's result had no real affect on the decision. It was only there to judge opinion however it never had a chance at bringing him back.

I am clearly not the only person who feels this way either, we're tired of people constantly trying to bring someone back when they have been told countless times that it will never happen. It wont happen the next time you bring this up. It wont happen the time after that. So yes, the correct course of action would be to drop it.
