As we have no experience with oil or the capita to extract it from the ground (Before finding oil Norway was struggeling financialy after the event's of WW2 until an american oil company got permission to drill one of the oil feilds, the taxes and experience The norwegian state got from the American company, it used to make a state own company in the 60's with full rights to the Norwegian sea, this comppany is now one of the biggest oil companies in the world. Boosting the Norwegian econnomy hugely. just some history i thought you guys should know. ) we wan't to hire forgin companies with alot of experties to look for the first of the oil feild and confirm there precence . The country with the company that finds the oil (i will decide via dice roll) will recive 2mp (or a fitting price if that is to little), note: this will boost the Norwegian economy monumentally in the long term. Also an investment price of 1 mp will be requierd to search for the oil (this is just to make it a bit more risky for the competitors incase they don't find anything) the 1 mp will not go into my money but just dissaper. A few things 1) Norway, that's fine, I will say though only a known country such as the UK, USA, and USSR can do that and it'll cost them 15 recourses. Iraq, Syria and Lebanon are the only real ones. I consider all peoples' of the middle east as one, so they'll become an accepted culture/people. Along with the rest. So pretty much you can say that I have territorial claims on them, but only so I can use the lands' resources and people to make an industrialized nation!
