De-authoritarianization of Yugoslavia. Tito has ordered that the Yugoslavian armys and police be merged and put under the control of workers unions. The Yugoslavian League of Communists has been disbanded to allow the workers to control there own future. All government officials shall now be elected, recalled, and and laws subject to public referendum and initiative. The election and voting process shall be regulated by workers councils or "soviets" elected by Workers through there unions. All workers shall be required to join a union. Tito has also announced that the rights of peaceful assembly, speech, and press shall be respected. Several new TV channels and newspapers will serve as "public access" to citizens wanting to use such services.
The People of Turkey, have decided to leave NATO for staying out of the cold war. Any military aid sent to us will be kept, in exchange we will pay off the debts of those military equipment and vehicles.
