    Well, I guess the whole failure was that they declared war in the first place. You don't just declare war on a country which is 3 times bigger than you and all of your allies combined.

    I would have to say the Articals of Confederation, even when I was learning this my teacher nick named it the epic failure, lol.

    Anyhow its when the US was first established and everything about it was a failure.

    Congress could not give out draft
    Could not change the amendments without votes being unianimous
    No national leader

    There is like 10 or 15 more reasons it was a giant failure but I am too lazy
