Ah, well at least Turkey doesnt count as European (yet). And as for the Iraqi crisis, I'm almost done finishing my final proposal to the UN, not NATO just the UN.
Just a heads up, I want to say that if you name a country which has no player and want to bail them out, I will pretend to be that country and accept reasonable terms on their behalf

First is Cyrpus a European country? If so, what would it take to bail them out? What would it take to bailout Malta and/or Albania? Isn't Romania under the Warsaw Pact though?
I will be more than willing to Bail out Cyprus as it's to close to my borders. And I will offer aid to another nation in the Balkans tomorrow.
So what you are saying is that you can aid a non-player country, and in return would return the favor? Bulgaria thinks that it is a poor idea due to the fact that there are many non-player countries so any one nation can become too influencial in the world.

Exactly my point. This is the UN. We are here to talk things out. This is not something like DarkRising where your objective is to just take as much land as possible. Bulgaria suggests that there is a 2 non- player nation cap for any nation ( including the US and USSR).
Is there a time limit on how long until a member's nation is up for grabs? I ask because Soviet has been quite for a while now... Otherwise I am considering taking France if it is still avalible, but I will need up-to-date intel on their status and would need a sponcer to get me out of this bailout situation. I also need intel on the statuses of the various countries of Africa and possibly South America [**** to the Monroe Doctrine!]
I would like to first point out that i'm sorry for my absents and hope to keep in touch with the game as it escalates on. Like i said at the top, i've been absent, so i'm not sure what is going on in the middle-east at the moment. However though, if things are same as i last checked then i will recognize Iraq as rightfully Turkish, for the sake of the alliance. But again, i've fallen vague on the issue at the moment and your going to have to enlighten me on the current issue.
