In Moscow and other major cities, evacuations of all mandatory services (Military, Government, Police/firefighters and medical teams) have begun into the country side. Electricity is restricted to critical personal only, and radio and television stations stop broadcasting at 4PM. Gas Masks, first-aid kits, and bottled water are being handed out to each household.
