OMG! SOMEONE ELSE WHO HAS READ THE HOLY BOOK! Yea, I loved Ender's game. And i finished Ender's shadow, like, a day ago. Glorious books. I'm on speaker of the dead, and Shadow of the Hegemon. At the same time.
I read both Ender's Game and Ender's Shadow. I also read Speaker of the Dead and just bought Shadow of the Hegemon and Xenocide last weekend. I also have Shadow of the Giant, but I'm holding off on reading it until I get to that point in the story.
Ender's Game is one of my favorite novels. However, I thought the rest of the Ender's Game series was not as good as the first one. But they were still really good.
Some series decline after the first one. In fact, most do. They simply start to stray too much from the orignial. Take the WOT for example. The books are still good, but they are significantly different from the first. But the Ender's Game series [from what I have read] is still good and simply reformated how they accomplish the same goal.
I love this series! It gets so thought provoking in the end with the different classes of life. Especially when they try to decide if the computer lady thing... I forgot her name, Is alive or not. I love this series
