So you create a disease so you can make a vaccine for that disease which would have never existed if you never created it. Good job.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Creating viruses and then getting rid of them is a recipe for disaster.

maybe it was for chemical weapons. Fredrick Banting (the guy who created insulin) made a lethal and weaponized version of H1N1 and anthrax.

Note: I am by no means an expert in... whatever feild this is. I THINK that this is talking abou the same virus [H5N1], but I am not entirely sure.

War, In the Cold War the US tested a ( Non Lethal ) virus in the Subway of NYC to make people Paranoid and Nervous which basiclly would make it easier to lower Enemy Moral. The end result was INTENSE Diarhea. I am not joking.

I believe it was in that V for Vendetta movie where they made a disease to kill about 80,000 people in order to stir panic and get themselves elected, then when they won they released the cure under a pharmacutical company that several party members were major shareholders in thus earning a shitton of profit because the government was buying from them only.

    I find this remotly relevent.

So basiclly it's ok because only the old, young, and weak will die?
