Typing in all caps about waving a throbbing, veiny glistening cock around isn't helping your cause. It is funny, though.

    I hope that's not a serious question.
If it is, you'd better hope Kalalification doesn't see.

SHUT UP! SHUT THE FUCK UP BITCH!

I think that if the Americans completely abandon Pakistan, it'll just give India more motivation to piss about. Not to mention that Pakistan has border skirmishes with all of it's neighbors.

Pakistan has some of the most hatred of the united states in the world, the average citizen wants us all to die in a flaming fireball of death, but honestly who can blame them.

I say lets just have another scramble for Africa, i mean there already a huge untapped market of people there just waiting to be exploited as well as a huge quantity of resources not just oil.

"Against the insidious wiles of foreign influence (I conjure you to believe me, fellow-citizens) the jealousy of a free people ought to be constantly awake, since history and experience prove that foreign influence is one of the most baneful foes of republican government. But that jealousy to be useful must be impartial; else it becomes the instrument of the very influence to be avoided, instead of a defense against it. Excessive partiality for one foreign nation and excessive dislike of another cause those whom they actuate to see danger only on one side, and serve to veil and even second the arts of influence on the other. Real patriots who may resist the intrigues of the favorite are liable to become suspected and odious, while its tools and dupes usurp the applause and confidence of the people, to surrender their interests.
    ...
It is our true policy to steer clear of permanent alliances with any portion of the foreign world; so far, I mean, as we are now at liberty to do it; for let me not be understood as capable of patronizing infidelity to existing engagements. I hold the maxim no less applicable to public than to private affairs, that honesty is always the best policy. I repeat it, therefore, let those engagements be observed in their genuine sense. But, in my opinion, it is unnecessary and would be unwise to extend them."

Heed thy word of thy forefather.

I hate this planet at times, all the west has done is de-stabalise the middle east originally out of fear of communism. we put in dictators and supported oppressive governments, without regard for the good of the people/ majority (not very democratic), just because they fit our foriegn policy. now its gotten out of hand so we now decide the best thing to do is to remove these governments. Again destablising the region and further pissing off the people, we are bringing all this hate on our selves

Actually we stabalized it. Say what you like about dictators, but they're ones to keep order. Grant it, hundreds of people die, but there's order.

Not to mention, your calling all the dictators oppressive. The King of Jordan certainly isn't very oppressive. And do you think we put in the current government of Iran? Iraq is a democracy now, and hardly oppressive beyond a few crackdowns because their countries is in the shitter. And come on, Israel is a democracy and we back them. Turkey?

Sure we back up some nasty people, but the Middle East is full of variety. Also, it's quite odd that we've been pissing them off for about 50 years now, according to you, but the entire region is a close ally with us.

We OWN Iraq and Afghanistan. Israel, Pakistan, Turkey, Egypt, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Kuwaiit, Jordan, Lebanon (Maybe?), UAE, Oman(?).
Compare this to countries that hate us: Iran.
And countries that are generally indifferent: Morocco, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia.

Theres a difference between what the government of a country thinks about America and the people think. For example the Iraq government loves the west, most people you talk to however are quite bitter. Another example would be one people have said in this thread and what this discussion was originally about, the opinions in Pakistan.

    And owning these countries? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

So basically what you are saying is "**** the people, its all about AMERICA! AMERICA! ****, yeah!"
    That is sooo hypocritical.
The governments might like you, but I'm pretty sure that this line of thought is that which make the people hate you.
I should be quiet now and save some of your RICH statement for Kali and Matt and pretty much everyone on the forums.
Incase you never noticed, imperialism is no longer that popular. Quite the opposite in fact...

I like how Kara assumes that, because the government has a favorable policy to America, the Middle East as a whole is favorable to America. News flash, most of the average folks positively despise America with every bone in their body, if only because of the American backed government's that have fucked them over so horribly.

The funniest thing by far, is that even people in Israel have grown to dislike the American presence in the reason. As a country, Israel is sick of being on America's leash. When they say jump, Netanyahu may say how high, but when the next elections roll around, expect to see a significant change in Israel-American relations.

I would like to point out the Pakistan has the biggest u.s hatred of the entire world, heck many of the government hate the united states. The Saudis only like us because of our money, the average Saudi wants us to die.

No the people are profiting too, they're just too stupid to realize it. The Middle East would absolutely pennyless if not for the West
    And?
Run out of ideas already? I expected better of you.
    Says the guy named Imperial.

Ya, and with US troops leaving it's only getting worse. I think we'll still have them within our grasp for at least a year though just because their government is so happy we put them in power.

I never said that. I like how you just assume things from my posts and call me out on them.
    No shit, Sherlock.
Like where, exactly? In Iraq we've set up a democracy, in Saudi Arabia and Iran we've brought prosperity to the region, in Turkey we've saved them from the Red Menace in the USSR and kept them a strong democracy.

    We help EVERYONE.
A large minority like America, a large minority dislike America, and a large minority are indifferent. Your assuming everything. And before anyone pulls that "He knows because he lives there" bullshit on me, if I said 80% of Arizonans supported SB170 I wouldn't be correct, whether I lived there or not.
Leash? We're the thing keeping the UN from putting your borders back 30 years. We're the reason you can be so Goddamn belligerent with the Palestinians.
I doubt it. Israel will be major allies with America now and forever. Even if your not in bed with us anymore, your not stupid and you wont leave our sphere of influence.

I don't even think it will last a year, Iran will become the puppet master of Iraq in less then a year (Maybe six months) and with Iran controlling Syria were seeing the Iranian sphere of influence and dominance becoming like it was during there Persian empire.
