http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=0e4_1311823986 [yt:1tqwlisl]ClR9tcpKZec[/yt:1tqwlisl] Very interesting. I believe there's two more secret recordings somewhere, but i have absolutely no clue where they are. Have you guys got cool historical stuff like this one i've presented to you?
He was talking to the leader of Finland (Carl Gustaf Emil Mannerheim) Some point during the 40s, well i assume it is because his talking about the war with Soviet Union and how many Soviet tanks there are.
I was thinking of 1941 because he mentioned that he was glad they weren't fighting on two fronts, and he was speaking in the past tense when referring to the years 1939 and 1940, but did not refer to any other dates. This is very interesting. Also, Hitler mentioned how he fought in France for four years during WWI. I thought he was in the Austrian Army. Was i wrong?
He served as a messenger on the Western front during WWI. He avoided and even left Austria for Germany because he had a dislike for it. Although he was caught and send back to Austria, he wasn't approved by the medical commission of the Austrian army. So he did ended applying for the German Army who did approve him and that's how he ended up in Belgium and France.
Mannerheim was not the political leader of Finland until late in the war, he was the Military lead for the most part.
I don't know to much about the bloke, but it was confirmed in this "secret recording" that he was talking to Adolf Hitler.
this was a experiance to hear hitler not screaming into a mic and to hear him acctually having a conversation with someone. but thanks for putting this up.
This recording was taken by the Finnish Secret Service or what they were called, in 1942 as Mannerheim 75th Birthday. Hitler then decided to visit old Mannerheim to congratulate him
He did sound as maniacal as Hitler in that 'fight them on the beaches' speech, especially when he put that inflection on 'with growing strength in the air'
Hitler was one of the best speakers of the entire world, only Vladimir Lenin and Cicero rank up with him. And my god has anyone heard a Stalin Speech? SO FUCKING BORING. Also is it wrong that a Holocaust survivor said i had the same charisma as Adolf Hitler and speech like him too? or that my philosophy teacher called me the return of Churchill with a combo of Cicero. (Just wish my writing skills were as good, i suck at writing)
With me it's completely the other way around. I suck at speaking (well, 'suck' might not be the right word), but I am much better at writing, because I can take more time to think about my responses and choice of words.
Same here, but that's because i'm history student (ie; obsessed with the Nazis and frequently writing, but rarely making presentations). Still, nothing wrong with being compared to Hitler; it puts you up with Martin Luther King and Gandhi (I mean in terms of charisma etc)
