Corsica was personal territory of the French king at the time of Napoleon's birth. The Genoans handed Corsica over to the French one year before his birth. And in May 1769 the Corsicans lost the battle of Ponte Novu and France gained control of the island.

Of course. Still he was born in French territory was recorded as a French citizen

Still napoleon was recorded as a French citizen

Doesn't matter was he born week after the island got in to French hands or day after.

Napoleon spoke better Italian then French, he was born of Italian parents. The only thing that makes him a French citizen was Corsica become a part of France a year before his birth.

    that applies also to napoleon

Wasn't slavery abolished after the French Revolution, but reintroduced during Napoleon's reign?

I did. It was a shitty analogy. Try to make more sense.

Napoleon would have been French only by a register. Everything else was Italian. It just depends on what he preferred to call himself.

No. You try and understand it, I'm not wasting any time on teaching people here or simplifying things, just so they can keep up with me.

It's difficult to portray sarcasm through text. It may sound good in Finnish, but it's confusing in English.

do you mean "well citizen applications was the same in France as its now"
Yes born in French territory gave you French citizenship. But your parents had to have lived in France at least a little while before you birth to be accepted as a French citizenship
(well yea it is different from us now, but the fundamental idea is not)

Then I take your word for it. Just would be funny that the only succesful guy in French military history was not French.
