Mexico or France Military Embarassment

What the fuck are you talking about? Ethiopia =/= Britain. Just because you can defeat a medieval african nation does not mean you are ready for war with the greatest military power of then-modern history.

When Mussolini came to power they began to industrialize and militarize, and overall improve their military, Ethiopia and Albania were for experience, by 1943 they expected to be able to compete with world powers. And they could have. And no, I don't expect Hitler to have waited, it was in his best interests to start the war then. I was simply speaking from the Italian perspective, where it made infinitely more sense to wait four years to start the real war.

That's not the point that I am trying to make. I'm saying that they did very poorly against the Ethiopians despite them being "medieval Africans". Not to mention that they went on to lose against the Greeks.

Despite "being for experience", they still took a beating. During WW2, they basically just sat on their asses and let the Germans do everything for them. They had plenty of time to prepare for combat with world powers during WW2. No matter how you look at it, they were terrible fighters, prepared or not.

Well France has fought 168 wars and have won 109, lost 49, and drawn 10.

Italy is worse than both of them. Mexico beat France so Mexico wins.

They supplied the Allies with more Oil then the USA did, However i think Canada supplied more then mexico. and there were a couple of Mexican squadrons over the Philippines.

That wasn't really Mexico vs. Spain. That was Mexico vs. Bourbon Mexico. As hard as Mexico might try, you can't lose a civil war.

Again, Mexico getting steamrolled by France until France went home doesn't count as a win. Sure, once all of the French troops left and the only troops left to protect the monarch were Mexicans, they prevailed, but civil wars don't count as victories.

Just as another fun fact Brazil was part of the allied powers too. They declare war against Germany and Italy on 22 August 1942. Brazil then sent a 25,700 strong force to Europe that fought mainly on the Italian front.
