Setup: In the year 1992 the world is thrown into mass anrchy. How it happened, is impossible to tell because you get to decide how it happened. Part 1 of the game starts 1 year after when the Soviet Union offically collapsed in 1991.

A non-lethal sickness starts somewhere around N. Carolina and spreads through the East Coast rapidly and within 2 weeks 2/3 in the east coast and 1/5 in the US are sick. South China is extremly slowly recovering from a tsumini. Italy invades Switzerland and annex's Hungary.

Remember you guys have 1 in-game year before the world is thrown into total cauos which starts part 2. 1 year= 1 month. Literally anything barely realistic can happen in this game. UN is disbanded later on in the game. Don't forget to choose your country.

Military: In this game you want to keep your military happy and well supplied. If something is im-between your way to supply your military to a situation then its your #1 priority because if your without a military then you will be an extremly easy target. To keep high military happiness you have to keep them

I'm not sure if China is 3rd world in 1992. Pretty sure they were considered 'developing' at that time.

Slovakia was stable enough to calm down the populace, but not its friend, the Czech Republic. Slovakia asks the Czech Republic to station Slovakia's army in its land to help calm down rioting and looting.
