Back to the matter at hand, post an empire from a Grand Strategy game either recently or belated (who gives a fuck.) it does not have to be a paradox GSG, it can be any game were you can build an empire like CIV or "The Guild" or even Total War, what have you.let the ego stroking commence. I got extremely lucky with my early stages and now I am taking an extreme prestige hit, because of Unlawful territory.
Right now, I'm playing as Bulgaria in the Death and Taxes mod. However, the game seems to crash...might be because of the Japan decision, I saw some nations being very close to forming it. If I resolve it, I might post a few screens when I get larger.
I got an empire with Poland. I'ts not stroking cock worthy since I was playing on the lowest difficulty with no inflation. Plus PU with Lith and TO as my vassal, demand annex from them, and I got my empire already. I'm playing a Mali game with the same settings but trust me, you need to have those settings when playing an African nation.

I put lucky nation on in my Mali game and when I got the map of europe, it was fucked up. Bohemia was eating the hordes for breakfast. Their country stretched all the way to the caspian sea. Croatia was eating up Hungary (irony). Northumbria existed. I'll get a pic of it later it's ridiculous.
Bohemia eating the hordes is normal in vanilla DW. I suggest installing Death and Taxes, probably the best mod around. Others I can suggest are MiscMods and AirotciV. The latter has a lot of potential, but needs a hell of a lot of work.
And that's why EU3 so awesome, installing mods is very easy. It isn't fully integrated in Steam, so the files weren't modified for it, as far as I know. All you have to do is download a mod and put all the files (the .mod file and the folder that contains the remaining files) in the "mod" folder in the EU3 folder (which is somewhere in the Steam folder. It isn't too hard to locate it, though).
I am very new to EU3 but a few crusades let me take most of North Africa as Aragon in almost 5 years, thought I'd post it as a start. Navarra is my vassal, also took Sardinia.
Nice, does Aragon get the "Italian Ambition" mission as well? It might be a good idea to vassalise a lot of Italy, and then try and annex them all at the same time with that mission, it'll give you a lot of cores on some of the richest areas in the game. Also, has Castille attacked you yet? I usually run into that problem while playing Aragon. And for shits and giggles, conquer Gonder.
I'm not sure if they do get that mission or not but thanks for the advice. We actually have fairly good relations atm with Castille but should they attack me I am fairly confident that backed by my new African holdings I can take them.
All the way in ethiopia. You have to go through Mamluks to do that. When I played ethiopia, I changed the capitals name to Minas Tirith and the province name to Gondor.
Exactly. Someone also did an AAR on Saruhan (it even had the white hand!) and conquered Constantinople. I suggested renaming it to Isengard, but alas...
My Confederate 'Empire'. I own pretty much all of vanilla US/Mexico, Half of China, A good chunk of India, a large chunk of Africa/all of Madagascar, Haiti, Ecuador, Catalonia, Greece, Tibet, all pretty much all of Asia minor bar Siam. I am the top power in the world, number 1 in industry/military, and 3 prestige, allies are British empire, Russia, Sweden/Norway, Austria-Hungary, and Mexico. Year is 1939, and the lag has forced me to abandon the save. If it hadn't though, I would have gone after Portugal, Cuba/Philippines, Peru, Congo, Korea, and Siam next (In a random order)
