I have met British people ie through PSN, Xbox Live, and numerous others. I know that you guys consume the most potato chips of any nation. That means you most of your nation is either obese or fat. Hypocrites. You didn't have intrest in the colonies. Then why colonize it? Why fight France for it? Why defend it from revolution? What do those websites have to do with me? Yes, I am agitated that you are so belligerent and your hate for America disgusts me. Why can't I defend my country. Basically every war on that list is pointless except for the Seven Years War, The Amercian Revolution, The French Revolution, War of 1812, Napoleonic Wars, WWI, and WWII. The Cold War wasn't even a war, it was a INTELLIGENCE race.

As for the obesity rate, it is a very big problem in almost all 1st world countries, but I'd say that the USA is the only country that suffers from both large obesity problems and rampant poverty problems at the same time.

America as an empire is not that great. Yes we won the Cold War and newsflash, Britain was involved in the Cold War. It's called deflecting insults. I, myself, like to think that every nationality is better than American. I will naturally flock to defend a nationality that is being victimized by the Americans, like other Europeans. Space Race = going into space = USSR gets into space first = USSR wins. As for the revolution, we were really busy doing other things, like fighting Spaniards and French people. We just got bored after a few years after cutting down tens of thousands of Americans when they started hurling bodies at us. I guess we sent in more troops to help those native Americans from being slaughtered, which happened anyway.

You're trying to convince us that US citizens aren't idiots. This comment is not helping your case. Nor is trying to say the US is better than the British Empire was. I've seen a list of wars the US won. It really isn't that much more impressive than the ones the British fought.

As for the space race, the USSR had the first satellite and first man in space. The US had the first man on the moon. Heck, in the end, does it really matter who "won"? The Space Race brought such incredible technological advances to humanity, and I don't even want to start thinking about where we would be without it.

And are you people really saying that the British, who pretty much ruled the world and had the most resources any nation could ever dream of collecting couldn't put down a revolt if they wanted? Now, I don't know all of the details, but if these people really wanted their independence, and were prepared to fight for it, the British would've accepted it, especially with France stepping in (no big deal, they're only the second most successful country in the world), would the British really want to deal with a rebellion in which at the time was still relatively underdeveloped land when they still held some of the richest areas in the world? In that time, choosing between the colonies in America and the wealth of India was pretty easy. Letting go of the US was in the end the better option. In the end, it worked out well, although peaceful decolonisation (which only ended in 1997 when Hong Kong was returned to the Chinese, which for some marks the end of the Empire, but it's still debatable) might've been preferable.

Well the reason some people don't believe in evolution is because we don't have proof were DNA came from. RNA could be one but it destroys it self (too lazy to explain the chemistry) there many theories were DNA came from but none of them are 100 % proven
