So yeah mods go get the power to add in polls it would save alot of time and would prevent people from making an entirely new thread disrupting the talk on the current.

I never had a crusade against Communism. Nor against Native Americans. Both times my views were attacked, I merely defended them.

Your views on the native american thread were attacked because they were completely ridiculous, and then you proceeded to insult native americans. And up until the point you turned socialist randomly, you were on this giant crusade against communism.

Speaking of which, I have never seen someone go from extreme anti-communism to pro-communism that fast.

Yes, but I was on no crusade against them. You make it sound like I wanted to be debating about it. But rather, I will not allow my beliefs to be bashed by anyone so long as I can defend them. And I did till everyone lost interest.

Please link me to my "giant crusade against Communism".

I was not anti-Communist for a long time, and I'm not pro-Communist. I'm a Market Socialist. Communism is unachievable.

I think that compromise would be the best, to some extent. I think the worst extreme of that would make it so moderators could only state opinions that were completely neutral and/or impotent.

I agree that moderators or users should not sacrafice their right to state their opinions, I just think that the insulting patronising side of things should be left out.

By that notion the mods would be extremely boring and almost inhuman. the mods should have the realm to state there own opinion, though they should still try to respect others.

No one is suggesting that. It would be a strawman to say that would be the case.

As it should never be suggested.

I personally think that since mods weild so much power, they should have a bit of a higher code of conduct. But maybe that's just my opinion.

Certainly. I think that adding a code of conduct should be added as a poll option (If that hasn't been suggested already.)

However the code of conduct should be made by Stalin.

Stalin has to look at reason right? I mean, if enough of us are pissed enough at Kali to want something like his Modship being taken away, he has to see that it isn't worth keeping him on, right?!

I mean, he has to be reasonable, right?

It's not even determined yet if everyone does want him gone.

No, all of us that are on the side of him being gone already know that in tomorow's vote, we will not get more then fifty percent. But maybe, just enough will turn out that Stalin will have to rethink this.
