So whenever I try to open any file like say my computer or downloads or documents etc., it flies across the screen extremely fast and disappears. This is extremely frustrating because now I can not open anything that is a folder, and I cannot even check the my computer section. I tried changing the resolution, restarting my computer and all that jazz but nothing has worked. Please if anybody can help me it will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

What is doing this? Is the file you try to click on dragged across the screen?

Wow if it's doing that by itself and not the cursor I would strongly suggest taking it to a professional.

Should I go on like Dell support or something and get on a chat with a worker?

Considering they usually know jack shit take it to a shop. If it is being dragged by your cursor off screen try a different mouse.

I would check it for viruses, run scans, see if you can open stuff in safe mode with networking and get malwarebytes if you do not have it.

edit numero dos: I ran it in safe mode and it worked perfectly fine. But it still doesnt work in regular windows.

Thats unfortunate but it seems the disembodied ghost that is plaguing your house has manifested itself in your computer, creepy.

    Cry yourself to sleep.

If that doesn't work take it to your local electronics store, do not buy anything though.

Yeah Microsoft support wanted to charge me $79.99 to fix it. The person said I needed to optimize my computer/ Does anyone know how I can optimize my computer for free by myself?
