    Well its 5-2 France.

    I was gonna make a video showing the situation first but cool, I'll be sure to implement this.

    Also, I forgot to add that the minister of naval warfare also manages the trade theatres and such.

    As our Minister of Diplomacy, you must note that France is surrounded by possible enemies, Spain, Austria and Great Britian. I would tell you to try to make an alliance with one of them most likely Spain, has they can take care of Frances southern boarder. We can also try to make alliances with the Indians in North America just in case the British try something. As for trade, try to trade with as many countries as we can.
