She didn't do anything as a member of the WRAF, so she doesn't count. In fact she was afraid to fly.

    Go, bid the soldiers shoot.

There are now no more living memories of the trenches, the hospitals, the mustard gas and the suicidal bayonet charges. In our lifetimes, we'll also see the last memories of World War II come to past.

Ahhh...I don't mean to get sentimental, but this epic chapter in humanity's existence is now over. We still live with the consequences, but all the actors who made it possible and participated in it are now gone.

Most people don't know nothing about WW1, they just know it was a war that preceded WW2. It really is a forgotten war I'd say.

Females produce testosterone too, all though very little. If females don't shave facial hair at all, they can start growing beards.

Most people would struggle to state the cause of The Faulklands War, doesn't mean that people have forgotten it though.

Most of the kids in my history class thought it was a part of World War 2. And this is an honors class...

Then after they figured it out, they concluded that it was good in the end because it brought peace and prosperity...

Then WWII happened, and when it ended they said the same thing, and then The Cold war happened.

Well when I talk to people about World War I, most people just say "That's the one with the trenches." It always angers me when people call the Germans in World War I Nazis. I can see how in the US World War I might not be that well know because we were in it from only April 1917 till November 1918. Also I remember that every time World War I came up in one of my history class we would only spend a day on it and then move right into the 1920s (other than my world history classes).

Really? That doesn't sound like a very in-dept history class. We spent around 6 weeks on it (with an average of 2 hours of history per week).
