Now that you have mentioned appearance I'll tell you this. She is small, but there is one little thing that stands out. Her eyes are the size of Golf balls! They are the craziest alien looking things ever! It is somewhat of a spectral that eyes could get that big. Its insane. They also jut out a half an inch from the socket. Its crazy!
LOL. I probably doubled the number of likes that I have handed out thus far just reading this thread. The state of the US education system is... scary to say the least. My advice? Take an AP next year. THEY at least are held up to standards. And if all else [meaning the teacher] fails, then at least you have an AP textbook.
Phail. Sad face: She teaches the AP World History course, huh? On the other hand, now you can report her. At the least, she will have her AP lisense revoked.
Oh in a perfect world she would have been stopped before the lecture on how Mitt Romney is the greatest American since Albert Einstein. I am not joking, this lady said that. Edit: And she hates Rick Perry. This actually got me almost sent to the office. She can't defend herself. Her complaint about him was that he was too Liberal.
First Amendment. If they ever send you to the office again. If you are currently serving some sentence for it, you can bring it up. If they refuse to reinstate you, you can sue. Insulting her may have limits, sadly, seeing as she is a teacher, but I doubt it.
Thanks for your help Imperial917. I will try to make sure she isn't allowed to say sure off the wall things anymore, but my powers are limited. Nevertheless I will do what I can.
Why? Has the government of the US done away with the Constitution and the Bill of Rights already? Woah there. I said that she has not the right to censor your opinions, not that you can censor her's. But I can guarentee you that there are some fine limits to here power, you just have to find them.
^That is the problem I would have to tackle. No matter how crazy she is she has the school's support.
I'm lucky I'm in a school system that doesn't suck at all. I'm considering AP history and if my AP teacher says any of that, I'll report him/her to the office.
That is entirely dependent on what he is actually doing. If he just jumps up and starts ranting at her, then she can say that. If he disputes her politcal views [which, btw, it is considered morally unethical for a teacher to state their political views in accordance with most states' unofficial handbook of teacher conduct] when she brings them up and she sends him away, he can claim that they are censoring him and his right to an opinion. OTHERWISE [now I feel like I am instigating something], he can also comment on her teaching in online teaching rating sites or online with friends. If I am not mistaken, the US Supreme Court just struck down a case in which a school suspended a kid for badmouthing the principal on an online site. That means that he has the right to the First Amendment. But seriously, if you choose this route, prepare for a long, hard slog all the way to the Supreme Court. It seems that the US Supreme Court is the only one ruling fairly and justly on topics like these anymore. On another note: Seriously, people should know and know how to apply their Amendments. Its higher than the law in the US.
Did it slip out of her mind that Adolf Hitler actually imprisoned and murdered German communists and socialist trade unionists. I can clearly remember Adolf Hitler stating in some part in his book Mein Kampf that he despised Marxism and communism with a passion, doesn't that give a slight hint he was anti-communist. Jeez....Ach Mein gott...That women seriously is beyond help. I'm clueless to even ask how she's still in her job. Completely goes beyond my comprehension. Care to explain why she thinks Adolf Hitler was a communist and not some nationalistic bigot of a loon he actually was?
There is only one option, fucking show her up at every single point and post your exploits in this thread to amuse us all.
