Source? Everywhere I've looked, I've seen the contrary.
Stalin attempted to wipe out the Orthodox Church through mass executions. I doubt that.
    He was Georgian.
O really? I'll continue to disagree until you present some facts.

Also, you ought to look up the definition of the word "hypocritical, as I don't believe I have done anything hypocritical. And I'd suggest posting some evidence of your ridiculous statistics.

Stalin a saint? No just no. The communist party expected the church to make him a saint if he won a television poll.

No, he was made a saint back in 2010. Also, you guys do realize that Stalin made Orthodox Christianity the state religion of the USSR, right? (I believe in 1942 - 1950-ish)

Also, you speak big words for a libertarian who does not know who Ayn Rand or mises are, Shaw.

Plus I already debunked the whole stalin murdered 50 trillion people thing a while back. If you want, I'll be happy to repeat myself.

Where are the sources then Ler. I see articles saying that he might be made saint but nothing else. You think Stalin being made a saint would be big news to us.

A quick skimming of wikipedia reveals that from his accession to power through to 1939 The Union under the orders of Stalin carried out mass executions of church officials and was extremely atheist and anti-religion. Around 1939 they allowed the Church to exist as a nationalist organization to encourage unity and Soviet nationalism, hardly a religious organization at all, and more a tool of the party.

I know who Ayn Rand is and I am not an objectivist, and frankly I don't give much of a damn for who mises is. Unlike you, I don't need a name to stand behind, and my views are my own, not those of someone who others group me with. I've never read a piece of libertarian literature, and am not familiar with many famous libertarian figures. Until recently, I didn't even know that my beliefs fell under libertarianism. (I have also recently found out that I would more specifically be labeled a "minarchist"). I don't care for the labels that communists and socialists seem to obsess over. And what relevance do my beliefs have right now?

Nobody said anything about that. And he did murder a shit ton of people, deal with it.

Keep trying Ler. Just don't throw another fit.

Because the capitalist media doesn't want to promote an ideology that would have them all sent to jail?I'd link you to some videos, but you'd probably pull the whole 'ALL ANTI-AMERICAN SOURCES ARE LIES'

I guess it would be interesting to ask if somehow a new Russian Monarchy got back in power.

There is a movement to try and reinstate the monarchy. I'm not sure how big it is, but you often see the old Tzarist Russian flags at political rallies.

Ler is avoiding both mine and UnholyKnight's posts, because he has nothing to come back with. His arguments are fallig apart, as they always do, and it has once again been proven that his beliefs are a load of shit.

Unless he can attempt confront our arguments.

I was giving you the benefit of the doubt Ler but the way you're responding shows you're pretty close-minded as you claim the others are.

Can't be bothered. We seem to go through this every day now - Always the same arguments, the same insults, and the same hypocrisy and uneducated propaganda being spewed from your mouths. I'm paying attention to the posts which I feel are worth responding to. Responding to yours accomplishes nothing, and is a waste of time.

Selecting posts now? It just weakens your image as a credible poster. Well don't worry about me, my reason for posting in this thread is over if you're going to ignore my requests.

Is that so? We simply asked for evidence. You make wild and baseless and claims and when somebody challenges them you simply ignore them. If that isn't closeminded I don't know what is. Talk about hypocrisy.

There is a saying. I don't remember it exactly, but it's something like 'Insanity is repeating the same thing over and over, and expecting different results each time'. I've been doing this for years now, responding to the same insults, the same rhetoric, the same propaganda. Quite frankly, it gets to my head. It leads to me getting stressed out, depressed, and having panic attacks. I've come to the conclusion lately that I'm just going to try and ignore, and not respond to any posts which would either not accomplish anything, or just lead to me getting pissed off.

If your post is worth responding to, I will respond to it. Don't assume that you have won any argument because I don't. It's more than likely a matter of me not being bothered, or not having the will to repeat myself again.

Not standing your ground and defending your beliefs. Weak, bro. Discrediting you is too easy, I wonder who takes you seriously.

Anybody who I care about. The rest, doesn't bother me.

Now, I think we should go back on topic.

Not sure how that came across nationalistic, or if I worded that wrong. But the point is that anybody who cares about me, I care about. Regarding the opinions of those who dislike, or despise me, I do not.
