No I believe it's a shampoo. Nuclera, the only shampoo that can provide that beautiful radiation look.

Are we denying them shampoo now? These sanctions are going too far.

That's like a parent telling their kid to stop doing something. As soon as the parent turns around, the little bugger does it again.

I don't think this will be able to be enforced, if North Korea wants to re-start it, they can any time they want to.

It's the only reasonable option to something that we can only guess as being for the purposes of alleviating economic problems.

Hey let's force the whole world to embargo this nation and then criticize them for not having an awesome economy, YEEEAAH.

Edit: And for more lulz, let's put tens of nukes only miles away from said nation, aim them all at their capital, and then call them psychopaths when they get upset about it!

North Korea isn't as innocent as the West. Your attempts at trying to make us realize the West is just as bad falls on deaf ears because some already know while others don't care.

The US certainly isn't innocent, no country in question here is. Innocent is a poor choice of words.

Kim Jong Un has a lot of western influence. He attended a public school in Switzerland as a kid, and became very interested in basketball while there. Maybe, since he has seen the western world and how much better it is, and very much enjoyed his time in Switzerland, he might just be trying to move Korea for the better.
The West is the lesser of two evils in this situation.
