At dinner a few minutes ago my step-dad just called Italy a 3rd world country. He then proceeded to say they don't have rugs because it is too wet there, and that they don't have septic like America does. Then he goes on to say they just became democratic. The fail is just too much...
Well my dad is from Italy (came here in 1980). This is my step-dad who thinks he knows everything but knows nothing, who I am talking about.
His stepdad also thinks the Queen in England is an authoritarian dictator who has all the power in England and her "empire". God help us all.
As I am typing this, I am laughing hysterically. My God, I've nothing to tell you, there is just no way you or any person in this world can fix him. Also, I bet your family get along nicely, don't they?
My step-dad is bi-polar and has excessive compulsive disorder. He likes to deny any of that exists, claiming it is all a ploy for doctors to gain money. He also flips out any time he does not get his way, and flipped out at me multiple times for not saying "thank you" at dinner "with enthusiasm." Did I mention he made me say thank you to him when I made my own peanut-butter and jelly sandwich because he bought the peanut butter and jelly? He also gets mad if I go to sleep at 9:46 instead of my bed-time of 9:45 on school nights. All that considered, I'd say we get along swimmingly.
Tell the police that he molested you, that will get rid of him, and destroy his life so I recommend against it.
Nothing at the moment. When we first met him 8 years ago he seemed fine. Now she literally just stays with him because she has nowhere else to go.
