Things are looking better for me and that girl. I have caught her staring at me once or twice.

Don't expect too much from it, I doubt it means much. Seeing as you like the girl, of course you're going to notice every time she might be looking your way.

And then she commented on one of my pictures of my new haircut on facebook when she doesn't even have one. Plus it was during like the entire class period.

Well, especially after you asked her out and all, I wouldn't be surprised that she'd watch you more, whether it means something or not. Then again, I might be completely off, I'm just paranoid like that.

I have been ultra mega super nice to her since the dance. I never asked her out though. I am too shy for that. I am not a charismatic person. I have defended her from some people who have called her a slut, bitch, etc.

Ah, my memory is kinda blurry, especially lately, I haven't had too much sleep. It's not helping me, let me tell you.

Lol, well I have gotten back in the friend zone, but now I have two competitiors to become her boyfriend. One of them USED to be my friend until he tried to get her to hate me.

Ah, the friendzone. Such an uncomfortable position to be in, yet so entertaining for others. I have a friend that is beginning to get very desperate. While it sucks for him, I get a pretty cheap laugh out of it.

Yeah, he pissed me off when he did that. Everyone at school thinks we would be the best couple ever.

Well, you could get a petition going confirming that and give it to her, it might convince her.

I am too shy for that. I absolutely cannot talk to girls. First time, I ever did ask someone out. REJECTED. I only went out with one other person but she asked me out. If you met me in real life, I would hardly talk.

Well, I can't say I'm the most charismatic person ever, although I don't think people would be surprised if I were to actually do something like that.

It not only shows devotion, it also shows humour! Oh, but if it backfires horribly, don't blame me. As I said, I haven't been sleeping to well, and I've had a few beers (actually, not enough to cloud my judgement or make me walk funny, but I'll still blame it).

I actually haven't been able to sleep either for the past few nights. I mean even people from other schools think so to. I honestly do think she likes me.

Well, in that case, you'd need to get dating advice for someone that isn't incompetent like I am.

Ask her out then, it is the simplest and most painless think to do. Not asking a person out that you like can really hurt. Just pluck up enough courage and ask her out.

Carthrage, you're young, and you clearly don't know how dating works. I know I didn't. Here's the thing, acting like a friend to a girl isn't the best thing to do if you like them. I'm not saying you should be a dick to her, but just try to be neutral about it. That was my mistake.

Well, I asked this girl I've liked out today. She hasn't given me an answer, probably not the best of signs, but hell, I'm out of the friendzone!!! And she might say yes, I know for a fact she likes me.

Why would she say no if you know for a fact that she likes you, though?
