    OOC: Belgium disproves of the second one. It is against the law "disrupting the peace".

    OOC: To be honest, this game devolved into an of-topic thread. This game needs better moderation and better leadership. I say this because the games on the paradox OT threads are much more organized but are a lot funner. If we could do something like that, this game could rally pick up. But that would mean more writing.

    Good point.

    Anyhow back to the game.

    Germany deploys ground forces on the Cuban East Coast. Germany considers this a personal war and does NOT ask its allies for assistance. Any german who commits a civilian Casualty shall be a idenified as a traitor and sent to happy time fun camps for rehabilitaion.

    We demand that Brazil hold back on this act of war. You have no casus belli and infringe on the sovereignty of Peru. If you refuse, UN peacekeepers shall be deployed to Peru.

    This goes the same for Germany.

    OOC: See, this is the shit that goes on when the players have a greater say than the gamemaker. We shape the game, but also control what happens. It shouldn't be that way. I might start a new game because of this.

    Brazil will not back down from the empty threats of a small, meaningless country thousands of miles away.

    The whole UN gets involved when stuff like this happens. You may not think of this, but a whole collaboration of nations decides if your act of war is legitimate or not. So far, it is not legitimate and putting your troops on the border of a sovereign nation doesn't legitimize it any more. It only shows your aggression.

    Back down, or the UN will make a decision on whether to deploy peacekeepers in Peru

    Belgium would like to announce that we will be sending a humanitarian mission to the nation of Peru headed by the Belgian army. The humanitarian aid will consist of food and medicine for 180 days. It will cost 5k to head the mission. The army will protect civilians and areas where the humanitarian aid is given. The areas where the aid will be given is border towns along the Peru-Brazilian border where areas are being attacked by the Brazilian army.

    OOC: Surf is non-existant in this thread; so until he starts caring about this game, someone needs to start taking up the reigns. I vote for Imperial mainly because he is active enough on the forums and acts properly most of the time. May I also suggest that if we have another game, that the GM or game master not play as a country. Seeing as they control the game, it would not be proper if the gm get any unfair advantages for their country.

    I am not controlling the UN, I am talking through Belgium's representative in the UN.

    @Imperial1917
    OOC: It is still an issue. The UN is not powerful enough to get to powerful nations. Maybe around when you and the USSR start hating each other or the breakdown of the USSR, then we'll deal with you. Also, the USA backs Taiwan and the USSR backs Mongolia. Expect relations to go down because of that.
