I'm done with this game. I can't stand the random bullshit that is going on, especially the most recent one. I'm quitting the game officially. I'm going to start a new game. One based off of the paradox WiR and BoP games. There will be more rules and updates will come slower, but it will be much more funner than this. Adios.

Oh, and your wrong about the military expendetures of Japan. This site says that it is roughly 0.8% of their GDP. It would have been entirely within China's power to crush Japan.
