In addition to the agreement from the site Administrator that Ler should not be a tribune, there is one more glaring, perhaps more important reason, his incompetence.

Pic removed, private information from the mod's corner that shouldn't have been posted.

Funny, because judging by the date, that picture was taken about 3/4 months ago (Possibly more) from the mods corner. There is no way you could have acquired this without it being shared by either one Ronald, or one of the moderators. Care to explain?

Where I got it doesn't matter. It is as true as it can be, a direct screenshot from your post in the Mod's Corner. I am allowed to look at an image from the mod's corner when it is given to me, and I can post a screenshot of your post if I so desire. You have no response to the image, so you are attempting to discredit me by saying I shouldn't have it.

It's more so that I'm curious as to who shared this with you. If It was Kali, then it would confirm pretty much everything I've been arguing for a while.

It is impossible for you to confirm that it is Kali, but even if it were, you can't possibly know at what time he shared this with me. If it were given to me after he was no longer a mod, then it would not confirm what you have been arguing.

Leaving the forums is not a crime. We are not obligated to stay here, and this is just an excuse to not uphold your end of an agreement. Kali doesn't need to have influence here, as you yourself, agreed to this.

Ler deleted a post where he tries to hide anything that is not praising him. I have uploaded it below, complete with my response, for you guys to peruse at your leisure.

Where is the evidence that states he has to give notice before leaving?

I felt that it kinda detracted from the intention of the topic. I didn't want it to be deleted, just thrown into a new topic in PA, or OT, or whatever. I don't think it's that big of a deal.

Luckily, no one will ever doubt the word of the great and infallible Stalin, and not giving Ler whatever he wants would be mean because he has a few unrelated issues.

So, let me clear this up - That isn't I meant by a 'Moral/ethical style of administration'. What I meant was not that the rules should be made harsher, or defined to suit my purposes - I meant we should give more power to the moderators to make decisions on small infractions, and reduce the bureaucracy which exists in the mod corner. .

Having a bureaucracy that applies the same rules to everyone is a good thing.Your proposal just means that, in the future, what the moderating staff deems morally acceptable will be met with leniency, while what they do not will not be met with the same degree of leniency. We can't be completely unbiased in these things, but the closest thing to it is to stick to the books.

And, since Ler is editing his OP, just like he edits fucking everything, here is the original text, for reference, or archiving purposes, or whatever. Not saying his edit will remove anything, or be malicious in any way, but hey, I can't possibly know that until it's too late, and his history of editing has not given too many reasons to trust him.
