    I did not know that!! I thought second world was just never used. But no, Yarpen, your country isn't a total third world country, but not quite a first world one yet. I'd say give Argentina 10 or 15 more years. Also, in my opinion a perfect first world country would be one that embraced clean energy and had a very high standard of living, as well as economic superiority and a strong military/government.
