    Still sounds somewhat naive to me. Although, there is some kind of "repeated offense" system, wasn't there? That would make a whole lot more sense.

    What can't be denied is that Ler has shown emotional instability. I can fully understand why people don't want that in someone with certain responsibilities and power. Again, I have nothing against Ler, nor do any of the people who argue against him, with maybe a few exceptions (for which they have stated their reasons time after time).

    @The Shaw So, if you get elected, will you legalise marijuana?

    I'm keeping it open a bit longer because while we veered off topic there's still some areas for exploration.

    Most of what's been said has been pretty accurate. Ler on an isolated incident snapped and broke the rules. He was apologetic and accepting of his punishment from the get go, imploring us to just punish him rather then try to defend his actions at first. However, while we were in the process of deciding his punishment he leaked some misinformation about the precedings that indirectly lead to the Great Spam attack of December. This is why he was stripped of his tribuneship for a week, not because of the hate speech. Ler has also on multiple occasions while Tribune and running for Tribune "quit" only to change his mind and stay in the race/job. To me this shows impulsiveness, and who's to say something won't pop up either on here or in his personal life that's going to throw him off the deep end again.

    Ler is a good guy and shouldn't be banned or punished for anything, but do I have questions over his ability to carry out his potential office? Yes. It's up to each individual to weigh these considerations against each other and make their own decisions, but that's just my personal .02

    There is still the fact that mods (not quite sure who) also leaked information, or are accused of doing so. So, are these accusations TOTALLY unfounded? And I mean any mods who had the position at the time, including Kali and Matt.

    So, do we need an investigation to be launched? I would hope one is already underway. If Link has one screenshot, doesn't it follow he may have several? And maybe even still be getting them?
