I don't know if anyone has done this or how long ago it was done but i would like to see how people on the forum would vote in the American presidency. This is for everyone. Make sure your voice is heard!

    It doesn't matter:
    -What country you are from
-Whether you can vote in the real election or not (age, etc.)
-Whether you expect your choice will proceed past the Republican Primary

Thank you for having an opinion. :)

"Other" is for if you don't like any of the choices. (So basically any other third party candidate.)

Definitely Obama. Rick Santorum is a joke, Romney wants a chocolate chip cookie one second, then a sugar cookie the next, (and back and fourth etc.) Gingrich thinks child labour laws are unconstitutional, and Ron Paul is just Ron Paul.

I definately wouldn't want to vote for a man named Santorum. I do have a firm believe that most of these guys are pigs and their actions are of no good.

I'd rather vote for Keiser's Avatar, but he'd probably shoot up the Parliament building for it anyways.

Nobody knows the libertarian candidate yet, and I don't follow their politicians, so either Ron or Obama.

Lol :) I voted for Ron Paul because he will get rid of that damn Fed. Killing the Fed is the only thing that will save us from circulating Chinese Toilet paper.

Obama is too much of a anti-freedom criminal for me, killing citizens without a trial pushes me off the edge. :/
Romney goes where the money is.
Santorum is a theocratic Hippocratic lying bigot.
Gingrich is less respectable then my feces.

Obama for the same reason as everyone else. He's tolerable and semi-competent.

The Federal government has far outgrown it's original purpose, and has become a beuracratic mess. Don't kill it, just clean it up, restore it.

What exactly was it's original purpose? Also I'm pretty sure that the government that took over after the revolution was so weak it couldn't really do anything.

The government after the revolution, under the Articles of Confederation, was nothing more than a de facto coalition between relatively independent nations. What I am talking about, however, is America under the rule of Jefferson and his Democratic-Republicans. It was just supposed to maintain security, regulate trade between the states, establish a national currency, negotiate with foreign nations, and tax only in the form of tariffs (which worked). Nothing that can be done on a local level should be done on a federal level. The federal government should protect people only from crimes against them, and from armed threats, however, a large military should not be present, as it's only purpose should be to defend America, not attack other nations. And so on and so forth. You can read up more on jeffersonian democracy if you would like.

The Fed isn't the problem it's the people running it. So Obama is anti-freedom because he killed a very well known and powerful terrorist.

The Jeffersonian brand of foreign policy basically set up the War of 1812. His various embargoes ruined our relationship with both Britain and France.

Also, no love for Buddy Roemer, Republican candidate?
