When I said Fed I meant the Federal reserve. We gave them the job to print our money years ago and they have had the printing presses running since. Because of that bright idea a dollar buys a nickel's worth.

And Obama didn't kill a terrorist he killed an American citizen. The government has taken away so many rights under the Bush-Obama regime. They get away with this by using the media for excessive fear mongering.

Mr. Al-Awlaki was killed without a trial and for some reason we justify it by labeling him a terrorist. What about his son? Was he a terrorist also? They should have been given a trial and proven guilty through court, not a piece of paper signed by the president.

They had the same rights as us. So what does that tell you? It says the government has every right to kill you if they decide you are a threat. And that is not the least of it. In the NDAA just because they label you a terrorist you can be detained indefinitely without a trial.

And we call ourselves a free country? Hitler came to power legally in a "free" country too. Sadly the German people were too late before they found out they were deluded sheeple giving away their freedoms and civility to regain their national pride.

You are correct. The embargoe policy was a disaster. I would not have implemented it. Besides, it's contradictory to the philosophy of free-trade. Instead, I would simply have informed the citizens and merchants that any trip they might take to europe was a gamble, as it was a war zone between foreign powers, and that we would not be able to protect them.

Like I said it's just stupid people running it, The Bank of Canada is doing fine because we have a great governor you guys don't have a great guy running it. No he was a terrorist it was a pretty well known fact and that is not fabricated by the media. They wouldn't just kill a normal person, this guy was a very high ranking and dangerous terrorist.

Of coarse why kill a sheep if he is not disobeying? Labeling someone a terrorist doesn't prove anything and being that he was an American citizen he has the right to a trial and must be proven guilty in a court. And it sure can and will happen here at home. Someone speaks out and the government feels threatened- Fox news starts pandering to the citizens that he is evil and then he is taken away and never seen again. News report "Terrorist group at home beheaded". Lastly if they wouldn't do it to any citizen then why the f**k is it in the act? Just in case?

Also on the Federal Reserve, you didn't support any point. All you said was that the people running it are stupid. That is not true they are very smart and make as much money off of it as they can. I don't know about the Bank of Canada but the question I have is "Is it owned by the government of Canada?" because the Federal Reserve is not owned by the government contrary to the name. The whole system is flawed and must be removed and replaced with the gold standard and sound money.

He was a known terrorist for many years, he has connections to those who committed 9/11, he also mentioned he wanted to commit jihad against the U.S.. He was also a Yemeni citizen, and a Yemeni court also wanted him dead. The Bank of Canada is a crown corporation which means a corporation owned by the government. The gold standard is also useless, and won't fix anything.

None of that warranted killing him. I am sure they could give him the death sentence but only after a trial.

The commodity money worked in America for most of its existence. The Gold standard lasted for 33 years until FDR who suspended it do to deflation in the great depression. It was still used until Nixon put us on Fiat Money. Now our money is worthless.

I would write in Rick Perry any day of the week.

Between the GOP Nominee and Obama I would vote for Obama, unless that Nominee was Governor Perry.

He has a proven record of job creation. He created over 1 million jobs in TX while the rest of the nation lost 2 million jobs. Not to mention all the balanced budget amendments he has passed. I also applaud him(and Ron Paul) for their military experience. I like that he is a Washington Outsider. He supports OWS, that's good. He has proven executive experience as the longest serving Governor of Texas. In addition to that he is the only one with experience in dealing with the US Mexican Boarder.

Now no one respond to this please. I don't want to derail another thread. PM me if you want to debate this further.
    Thank you.

And? What would you have us do instead? Make a religion out of scarcity values? Face it, your system of price and value proved to be incompatible with industrial productivity. That, ladies and gentlemen, is why we have the bastard system we use today.
You really wanna stop us from circulating Chinese toilet paper? Abandon the price system by method of applied science.

The US elections are completely screwed for the Republicans. they destroyed the chance of ever winning Obama, since Ron Paul was the better man to beat him.

Obama is gonna win again and America is fucked. Congratulations, you morons!

If I could vote... I wouldn't vote at all.

Politics here are just a massive, ugly, fucking joke that is an eye-soar on the face of humanity. So why should I further contribute to that eye-soar. For the only thing I can see is in that eye-soar we call a system is an incompentant mass of bickering children argueing about their favor color while their house is aflame.

In Australia, you're forced to vote, isn't that horrible?

    @ComradeLer
Why do they have that law and howdo they enforce something like that? What would happen if somebody just, didn't vote?

I'm not big on any of the candidates but I'm going to vote for
Rick Santorum. I feel he has strong social conservative values which I respect. He has good ideas. Romney is a liberal in sheep's clothing and has flip flopped on virtually every issue around. Ron Paul has no chance and a disastrous foreign policy. Newt Gingrich is good to but once again dosn't have a chance.

    Really no one voted Romney?

In 100% seriousness I'm writing in Zoidberg pending any mayor events that Obama could respond to in a positive fashion between now and the election.

Please don't give the Earmarxist your vote!!!

He isn't even a true Conservative!!!

-Voted to raise the debt ceiling numerous times.
-Voted for "No Child Left Behind"
-Has a passionate love for earmarks

Plus he brought home him dead child, slept with it, and treated it like it was alive, but whatever.
