If Hitler was Forced to INVADE Czechoslovakia

Czechoslovakia may have fallen, but a World War not in Hitler's favor would have occurred. And this plot was brewing in 1938 and 1939, between members on the German High Command.

Ah but they could have invaded Poland. This would have brought Poland onto Hitler's side, but would have forced Hitler to reallocate troops to the area to defend Poland. This would leave him fighting a 3 front war (if the invasion of Czechoslovakia is still going on, and if the Soviets meet with any success, this may push France and the UK into making a large offensive.

There are many likely scenarios about what could or could not have happened.

Well, there is Hitler invading and no one joining against Hitler, Hitler invading and the UK and France going against Hitler (UK and France were best friends) and the West being defensive, the UK and France going against Hitler offensively, the UK, France and the USSR joining against Hitler defensively or offensively, and then in all of those scenarios if Czechoslovakia holds the line, or is annihilated, or is partially destroyed. I bet there are many more sub-sections to these scenarios, but these are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

you keep saying that the british were not prepared but the Soviets were in an even worse position, plus stalin had his eyes firmly focused on other matters, just as he did in history he would just say that germany could wait

He could have invaded Poland though. That was a real possibility since there was a border dispute I believe between Poland and the USSR. He could have just tried to invade a part of Poland to fix the border, and that might have brought Hitler in on Poland's side. I know the Soviet Union would probably get its ass kicked, but the fact that Hitler would have to pull troops away to deal with the Soviets could be very important and game changing.

? If he moves lets say 1/3 of his forces from Czechoslovakia to Poland, then that buys the Czechs critical time to stall the German advance as much as they can. If the Soviets and Czechs have any success, then that might just convince the allied leaders to make a determined attack on the Sigfried line. Or maybe even just a minor one to test the Sigfried defenses. Once they find out that the Sigfried line is a joke, they could just pour right through it with ease.

The majority of Hitler's troops were going to be used his invasion of Czechoslovakia consisting of about 600000 men. The Czechs were entrenched, mobilized, and ready to go, and the Germans couldn't flank what most called the Czech Maginot Line. The remainder of these troops were most likely put along the Siegfried Line, which is not very many (around 5 divisions). Hitler understood that Germany lost WW1 due to fighting a two front war, and was not willing to risk another one (which explains his continued proposals of peace to the UK and France after Invasion of Poland, and to UK after fall of France). If the USSR intervened, which it most likely would have, and if Poland refused to cooperate when it came to military access, then Poland and USSR go to war, and USSR kicks Poland's ass (Cavalry in the Polish army vs tanks in the Soviet Army, who wins?). Hitler would have to divert troops to hold the unfortified Eastern Front. This becomes automatically a two front war, facing a mass of troops outnumbering Hitler's in the East, and outnumbering troops in fortified positions to the South. If France and UK, the only 2 who would bring up peace negotiations between the nations, joins against Germany, then not only is Germany going to be blockaded from trade, but it won't be able to trade with anyone, as Czechs in south, French to west, and Russians to east. Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, and Luxembourg have nothing for Germany. Therefore, Germany loses, Hitler is overthrown, more peace terms on Germany that eat away at more territory. Sorry such a long post, but I had a lot to say.

Well since the Soviets had a hard time invading Finland, I don't think Poland would be a walkover. But even if the Soviets meet the smallest margin of success, I think the allies would be convinced to at least test the Sigried line.

Exactly, and they would have had the Sudetenland if Hitler invaded, as after Munich, there was no hope for Czechoslovakia.
