Afghanistan Outrage

I do think the soldier should be punished. That being said I've very little sympathy for the afghans on this one. They've shown themselves to be a savage culture that will murder people because a book was burned or any number of petty reasons. Their culture murders people for reasons as simple as not following the Moslem religion. This is war and war never has and never will be pretty. Tragedy's happen but that's the nature of the beast.

Wow really? Can you stereotype an entire people any more? No-one deserves to have a soldier march into their homes and murder their entire family for no fucking reason but for drunken shits and giggles or really any other reason! It doesn't fucking matter if they're Muslims* or any other religion. Killing for greed/land & resources isn't much better.

I never said what he did was a good thing. I'm simply stating that these things happen in war and given the track record of Moslem culture I can't say this whole thing upsets me much.

Okay, how about the track record of Christian culture? Do you remember the middle ages, the crusades? I'm pretty sure Christians did some fucked up shit too and back then Muslim culture was more enlightened and accepting. Ya know even Buddhist monks have killed people in war, gone to fight with armies.

The thing is if you look at the history of Bhuddists Moslems, and Christians you will see that Buddists and Christians as well as most religions became less and less violent over time. This simply isn't true in the case of Islam which has gotten even more violent with their targeting of women and children. Mohammad exhibited far more honor on the battlefield than today's Moslems.

Don't blame the actions of fundamentalists on an entire people. If you do you may as well blame the actions of America's fundamentalists on them as a whole. KKK, Westboro, people like good ol' Rick Santorum who's running for president.

I do blame America fundamentalism for many of our problems because that was the idea that dominated society. They way you judge a society is by it's majority.

Fascist Patriot, first stop spelling it Moslems. Second, how can you say that the Afghans are a violent tribal people? Have you ever been to Afghanistan? Have you ever talked to someone who has lived in Afghanistan? Have you ever talked to Muslim Imams or just regular Muslim worshipers? If you had, you would find that Islam is probably a religion with much better morals than, for instance, Christianity. You would also realize that the kind of Muslim religion Al Qaeda and the Taliban follow is radical and not mentioned in the Koran.

If they praise the violence then they have just as much fault as the terroirst who run it and should be ashamed for hurting their very neighbors next door as well as U.S soldiers.

You know, I'm pretty sure us invading and occupying their countries for years is not improving their common opinion of us. That is one reason that they may celebrate the death of these soldiers. We come in, occupy their country, burn their holy books, kill their civilians. Whether you think the war is justified or not look at it from their perspective. We are the invaders. The terrorists are attacking the invaders. I don't support terrorism at all, I'm just saying. These people did not deserve to be murdered and that does not justify his actions.

If the Moslems hadn't declared a jihad on all western civilization maybe we wouldn't have invaded.

It absolutely was his fault. Randomly shooting houses is one reason more people may hang up such signs outside. It's a soldiers job and responsibility to remain cool under pressure and not go apeshit on civilians. Murdering civilians makes him a murderer, not a soldier. Also were you referring to my pic?

At best he will get a dishonarable discharge which will make near-imposible for him to find a job. An i think that kind of discharge
takes away any veteran benefits you may have or suppose to get.

That is not nearly at best. He should be charged for murder and receive the same sentence as if he had murdered that many US civilians because it's the fucking same thing.

agham village is probally in shock and american one's crying cause there big brother who promised to come home might get executed
by the people he swore to protect. Justice impacts more than just executing a snapped soldier here.
