    No I haven't considering there are no true communist countries today and I was born in the US. China is far too capitalistic, to me it only just calls itself "communist" but is pretty much just a very authoritarian capitalist nation. The closest thing would probably be socialist nations like Cuba. I do not agree with the way things are done in China basically.

    China has been known to cause oppression and communist or not they just want power, everyone knows that communism never works and it will rarely will ...look my family was born in south Vietnam before the communism takeover...during the takeover..let just say some of family suffered during the oppression...It always just quite shocking people don't know the first hand of communism!

    I'm sorry your family suffered and I already stated I don't agree with the Chinese government. Capitalistic nations have caused suffering and oppression as well however. I don't really want to get into a debate or anything in his intro thread. I'll simply say that I have no doubt you and your family have suffered and I know I have not experienced the same things but I simply do not believe the system a lot of countries have today including the US and China is right.
