As any guy who lives in Ontario probably knows by now the Ontario Appeals Court deemed most of Ontario's prostitution laws unconstitutional. This does not take affect for twelve months but after that brothels will be legal. As long as the trade is kept indoors they are allowed to hire staff like secretaries and security. I think this is perfect fully acceptable but I would like to hear your opinion on prostitution.

So long as it's consentual, who the fuck cares if money is involved? It's not a crime if there's no victim.

Also isn't Ontario going to hear a case regarding the legality of marijuana in May or some shit? If so then I'll be spending a lot of my college years in Niagara Falls.

You should take a road trip up to Toronto (where I'll be going to college) there's places there where you can smoke pot in public .

Well the one place I went to called the hot box café(it's pretty out in the open as you can see LOL) basically does it by having a private outdoor lot in the back where they sell you latte's and delicious foodz and in exchange you can smoke all the weed you want (they even rent out bongs). As part of the speech they give you if it's your first time there they are like "No we don't have any weed and no we don't know where to find any". Basically a cop could just run in there on duty but unless you were selling or had huge quantities on you there wouldn't be any repercussions of such an act so they just don't even bother.

This is some weird guy from london who was rambling to us the whole time . He was there for the film festival.

The point of this picture is to show you the biggest portion of the café that I had in the pic. The back area anyway.

What sparked the interest in the laws that lead to their being unconstitutional?

Look at all those disgusting criminals! Obviously they deserve to be thrown into prison and fined absurd amounts of money, and have many of their rights taken away.

Also I'm a fucking tribune now.

Apparently prostitutes seem to have their own form of unions then some law students took it on.

We once had this discussion on this forum alreads, where i argued for legal prostitution in brothels, as long as no body was forced. MayorEmanuel went all moralistic on me, but i still think that it is the only viable solution to the problem.

The question shouldn't be how can prostitution be harmful, but rather how can allowing people to waste their little money on whores and booze be helpful to a society.

So you think something not being beneficial justifies criminalization?

Not when it's something like prostitution. It's like people advocating banning cigarettes. Nothing good comes from smoking or fucking for amusement.

No I wasn't leaning on that side, more that it becomes a habit just like cigarettes and is a waste of money just like cigarettes. And another habit of wasting money is the last thing America needs. I know its not a health problem.

Nothing good comes from you playing video games and jerking off all day long either but you still do it.
