You are not allowed to declare war unless you have an intention to attack it according to these house rules.

An entente leader will declare war on Germany with the intention of attacking it. Then you will be at war with mittelafrika because of alliances.

Canada and Australia and India I believe are the only major Entente powers. None of them are in any position to even think about attacking Germany. And i found out that going to war with Germany does not immediately plunge you into a war with Mittel Afrika. I got crushed by Germany in my last Nat. France game and never even fought Mittle Afrika.

I thought you met changing it when the game starts you will not do, as opposed to changing it 3 days beforehand.
