    It has now been 28 days since I've proposed we revive and reform the NKVD Clan .

    Those 28 days have been spent doing nothing except sparsely debating who should be in charge.

    It's time for the final push. It's time for the site staff to simply select someone who will lead and reform the clan until it is stable.

    Yes, that debating almost unanimously pointed to me to lead the clan, and I will if I am appointed to do so.
    However, I do not care if it is me or someone else, I just want to see this proposal finally enacted.

    That Monday last month I proposed several reforms and projects, some of which came through with flying colors, others which simply failed.

    The ones that simply failed, failed because they ideas simply died out.

    I do not want that to be the fate of this proposal.
    This was the big one.
    This was my magnum opus of my proposals and I'll be damned if I see it die off because no one did anything.

    All I'm asking here is that the staff finally make a decision on who should lead. Once that is done, the clan can come back and it will come back.

    How can we call ourselves a gaming site is all we do is argue about politics and philosophy and attack one another over how the site should be run?

    I'll appoint Chives has the head of the NKVD if he wants it.

    Though I do intend to make clan reforms my top priority after the site policy reforms are complete.
