These Teachers Need Punishiment

Is there no line that can be passed from there after punishment for a given action is extremely disproportionate? I see the release of her name as an extreme breach of personal privacy. It is too bad that people don't tend to care about privacy when it's someone else who is having their privacy attacked. Keep in mind though that when this kind of thing becomes accepted it's all the more easy to be abused and maybe even turn you into the victim.

Tell me, how would you feel if you were in her situation? Let's say it is not exactly bullying of autistic children though. Let's just say you are a teacher, having a really shitty day. Is it so hard to imagine that given certain circumstances you might snap a little. I don't know, even insult a student about something socially sensitive. The only thing I could think of that might have a similar reaction, at least maybe 10 years ago, would be calling a black student a nigger. So what if you did, and he was carrying a concealed recording device.

His parent then posts a youtube video with the audio and releases your name and where you work to the public. And not just the public, the internet. Where said video will get 3,723,026 views and 62,000 likes with a petition. Could you imagine what your social life would be like then? Doesn't seem very fair to me.

if you work with kids of any age, the 1st rule is to never ever attack a student ever. if you can't then you should never have been a person that works with kids. her life should be shit right now, she made an autistic kids LIFE shitty for over a year. she choose to do that and now she is paying the price.

She should pay a price that is in proportion to what she did wrong. In my opinion she should be fired. You're also right about her life, it shouldn't be all puppies and rainbows right now. But I still think the releasing of her name was a careless and cruel act on his part.

she was not fired because she has ten-yer and was being protected by the school. now her name is out and people can yell even louder to have her fired and so she can no longer work with and school, because she has shown she can't work with kids

Well I don't think it's been made clear why she was not fired. But regardless, it's still something that should be solved on a local level.

not something that can be done local, the teachers union always has to much power with stuff like this.

Well I'd like to hear what the school has to stay about why they didn't fire her before I make a judgement on that.

I know that witches get burned on the stake, but some people can not amen their actions no matter what they did in to balance their karma, they will be haunted by this event and should start a new life or go into hiding or die. I swear the more I go on to this site the more conservative I become
