Renewed Occupy movement?

There were some protests across the states today, with some violence. It appears that many of the protesters were anarchists. Do you guys think this could give new life to the occupy movement? Or is it just the death throws of a dying movement?

Congratulations occupy Philadelphia. You started the day with 100 protestors and ended the day with 5o. You deserve a medal for the most pitiful occupy protest to date.

Exactly. Their protest was so pitiful, it only made the local news, and only on the traffic report. Fail, Occupy Philly is fail.

Well, occupy Philly was a fail last time too. But it was never a major part of the movement. The movement also seems a bit more violent and aggressive now.

Well didn't occupy San Francisco like start vandalizing everything and robbing places?

Just as I expected.

Which is, while still disgracefully noneffective, a bit more violent than earlier movements. They also seem more organized now, and as I said in the OP have a considerable number of anarchists. Not to mention in Cleveland 5 Occupy members were arrested for a plot to bomb a highway bridge over a national park.

They were not occupy members. They were self proclaimed anarchists.

MOST of the occupy members now are self proclaimed anarchists. They were ALSO occupy members, but they were (obviously) not acting according to the groups's wishes.

I don't think so, there just anarchists and anarchists are anarchists and they do anarchist things.

Conservatives are conservatives and do conservative things. Liberals are liberals and do liberal things. Writers are writers and do writing things.


See I can make statements that don't mean anything too.

On, you know, all the news stories about the plot....and their Facebook pages....and some Occupy leaders admitted they saw them at events...
