    Yeah but why would Canada install her? It doesn't make sense to put an ideological enemy up as the leader of your puppet.
    In America, that's the president, but I can't remember if Darkest Hour puts the VP, President pro tempore, or Speaker as the head of government. In any case, all three of those positions are greatly overshadowed by the influence of the presidency.
