Proposal polling alerts

if there was a major poll like from Stalin or the other mods we should receive alerts that they are there so we could get more people voting and have a feeling of more participation in the community i realize most major polls already get major publicity but it would still be a nice thing to consider. My alert system that i spent years perfecting(actually 5 minutes) will give more people a voice and a way to share there opinions in a more centralized platform. So instead of finding a long lost poll from Stalin it would be more convient to go up to the alert bar and see "New Poll for stalins next LP" or what have you, click it and it will send you right there. Or maybe it should be at mods/stalins digression on what polls should be sent as alerts just something i was thinking about and im a new member so if this already exists im going to look like a total ass

well its not really my first day ive been watching stalins videos since he was on youtube but i just grew the balls to get an account today and yea the alert thing just kind of came to me and i said fuck it i might as well propose it
