No, bath salts have been being used for a while and they don't all of a sudden turn you into a cannibal. What they do is pretty much the same as PCP, they make you absolutely insane and give you a lot of strength and pain resistance. In the area where the "zombie" attacked, there had already been 2 earlier attacks made by people suspected of bath salts. One of these was a guy running down the middle of the road naked, and the other was a naked guy attacking a taxi. In both cases it took more than half a dozen police officers to subdue the guy.

How exactly do we rehabilitate him? I mean we could give him classes sure we do that in the states here
however does he actually learn? can he snap back to his original phyco self if something traumatic happens?

There have been people around that same area {where the zombie attacks took place} who get high off

I assume he learns through heavy counseling and stuff, and he could probably snap just as easy as any normal human might with something traumatic happening. It seems to me that this guy just enjoys causing pain and humiliation, and he wants people to see him do it.

I completely agree. If my parents died randomly (which would be a VERY traumatic experience), I'd like to think I wouldn't go and torture cats and rape dead bodies. So, there was obviously something very wrong with this guy.
