    I am against the death sentence under most circumstances because you can never be 100% sure if they did it. In this case though, I say kill him. I know an "Eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.", but rehabilitation a kitten killing, necrophiliac seems useless.

    Some people don't committ a crime specifically because of the punishment. If you were not punished for murdering someone, then some people would murder someone just because they could.

    I dont think that the amount of people who would is significant. Also having the spend potentually your whole life in treatment isnt something you would want if your the kind of person who would kill someone in cold blood for the lulz.
