I have an idea for a game but i don't know how to submit it. I don't want any credit and i just want the game made really. I want it to be like covert action and jagged alliance mixed together. this is what i think it would be like. You fight for the freedom of a oppressed people by joining a underground faction. Starting as a recruit with min perks and cover you make your way up to the president of the organization and as leader of the new country. Causing tensions between Government forces {cops, death squads, militia, and the army}. with other groups you could ally or fight yourself like gangs, smuggling rings, small political factions, and secret agents from other countries. In game you lvl things like Str, DEX, shot, LDR, among other things to achieve your objectives. The cool thing being you accomplish your objectives stealthly like in a political, armed resistance, coup d etat, or even terroism as long as in the end of the day your alive and able to fight for the ultimate goal. anyways anyone who wants to copy and paste it call it their own and make billions just go ahead i just to see it made before i kick the bucket. or if anyone knows where is a good place to put this request down please tell me. P.S is my grammer getting better im trying to work on it everyday by typing on this site.
This exact game has been made at least 300 times by at least 30 different publishers. Why would we need another?
any publishers who make games like that? maybe tell me some of those games? also i dont mind playing free quebec {forum game} it could be fun but where is the thread?
You want strategic? get CS 1.6 or CS GO. What you want is this messy im guessing FPS or Third person shooter, with RPG elements. And for fact you can't just go submit an idea willy nilly to some company and expect to herd derp out a pretty much Terrorist/Revolutionary Simulator.

You also have Freedom Fighters, it's pretty old but it was fun. It's a third person shooter game where you can control a small squad of dude's. And you end up fighting against Russia who has occupied the Usa. It requires some strategy such as using your men to flank a turret, or causing a distraction.
Hrm... Let me say this now. Evil is underrated by gaming industries. You are always the good guy. In games like Fable or Fallout, you are literally considered evil. So, fighting for an oppressed peoples doesn't sound so groovy. Hell, sounds like every other first person shooter. Half-Life 2, people are oppressed. Fable III, people are oppressed. Practically every alternate history game, you are a freedom fighter for an oppressed people. It is overdone, but an RPG set style based on charisma and what not? Sounds like you can text based adventure this sort of thing. Be sure to watch out for grues. I like the idea of being a terrorist but eh. I just want to be the oppressor and I wonder if I am the only one.
Well if you want to be the evil, you could try Dungeons, Evil Genius,Dungeon Keeper series , Overlord series, I don't know if you've played Tropico 3 or 4 but if you haven't you might like that. You can play as a cruel dictator if you want. I love game's where you can play as the * Evil * I find it much more fun then the whole "Save the world ! " type gig. I prefer to pillage , destroy , Gain power, land and all that stuff lol.
This may get me trolled, but in Fallout 3 my bad karma character was named Stalin. Rocked out the Commando Hat and Jumpsuit, doing evil stuff. Because, hey... If I am going to be a villain for a Cold War inspired game, I may as well go balls out. Ignoring that, the only games I heard about in your list would be Overlord.
They're all pretty fun, Dungeons is a game where you play as a evil master of a Dungeon and you try to lure stereotypical fantasy hero's into your dungeon so you can kill them steal their stuff and what not. Evil genius, is a game where you play as just that a Evil genius you get henchmen and what not and you get to build a hidden base and plot evil deeds lol. Dungeon Keeper, it pretty much a older version of Dungeons, but it is still fun. Tropico, best described is Sim city Fidel castro edition. And now that it come's to mind, you might like the game "Black and White" It's a game where you get to play as a god and you get to make various moral decision's through the game.
...I heard about Black and White. I like the idea of being a god. :3 But eh... All the games where you are evil... well, it all seems like more of a parody than anything else. I want a game where you are absolutely seriously evil, preferably Lawful Evil because that is the sexiest of the evils.
