I don't think you exactly 'Dominated' the Eyptian, Libyan, Syrian, and Tunisian Air forces, a victory doesn't mean you have total air superiority. The fighters from the African countries have broken off from the engagement, following high losses. They continue to fly strikes out onto the aircraft carriers, focusing there bombs there. the Artillery is focused on the aircraft carriers as well, while AA guns, and artillery that can be turned to flak guns, begin firing away at Nato fighters that survived the aerial fight. Egyptian military continues to construct defenses along the North of Egypt, and sets up temporary AA guns in population centers, as well as throughout the country. The Egyptian navy, small as it is, continues to fire out to sea. The Algerian forces continue there assault, supported by a contingent of the Tunisian Army, who begins an attack in the Midle of the country, to split it in half.
