China didn't get back hon-kong historically until 1997. I have been RPing since 1995. I have never agreed to give it back to you. I started this thinking it was 2000. it isn't I am only human I make mistakes.

Again, this game started in 1995 and each IRL day is 2 years in-game.
This is day 2, therefore, it is 1997 ingame and Hong Kong has already resumed its soverignty.
