All Greek nations swear to defend each other if attack by an outside power. Like Persia, or barbarians. However if a Greek would declare war on another Greek nothing happens, If an outside power intervenes the war stops. The Pact does not include an outside ally helping a Greek, unless they declared war first.

Since I've besieged the Barbarian city for a year now I think they'd give up. You know, they kind of have no food and probably no water. Especially since there's no punishment for their actions, so they can just go on their merry little wa-

Every barbarian is gathered into the city centered for a raffle. First there are the Lucky Losers who get to go quickly with a beheading. Then came the crucifixions and those just went on and on... When Chieftan Virkotorix's number came up we threw him on a pile of burning barbarian weapons. He died both impaled and burned alive.

In the end it was a young savage man who won so he got a horse and was sent on his way. Everyone else died.
