Since tensions seem to be heating up in Greece, Tyre will begin manufacturing swords, spears, bows, arrows, armour and shields. All blacksmiths are being given a royal commission to manufacture these weapons for the city.

I've heard Sparta isn't the best at building ships. As the leader of a nation highly skilled in this regard, I wonder if we could reach some sort of agreement. Perhaps in return for me sending some ship-building engineers you could provide some of your best troops to train my small army, to make them a more potent fighting force. I feel this agreement could be to the mutual benefit of both parties.
We have the Carthaginians as our allies. We do not require aid when it comes to our naval capabilities at the moment. however we wish good relations with your country and send Spartans to help train the army.
