Well Imperial are nation does alot in the ways of agriculture and is more then willing to give a huge amount.
Aldabert is the first to strike, claiming Danzig as his own using a conscripted peasant army against the remainder of the City Guard. Declaring himself the Mykal of Danzig, Aldabert calls the senate to session, and within an hour, Aeric is branded a traitor to the people of Danzig. Aeric suffers immediately from desertion and low morale, and is forced to keep marching across the country to simply replenish the depleating forces of his 15,000 man army.
Views of the Claimants: Views of Sparta: Aldabert: Useful Trading partner Aeric: Potential Ally in any moves made in the Mediterranean Views on Religion: Aldabert: Judaism is dominant Aeric: Romuva is dominant A Republic is....: Aldabert: A system where ELECTOR LORDS vote Aeric: A system where PEOPLE vote
We have several different trade deals with them. We have intervened in the Polish area before. We have a defensive pact and military alliance with Poznan. We could offer a handful of Spartans to train the army. We support the monarchy and send 20 old Spartans to train the peasants into an effective fighting force.
Mykal Aldabert thanks the Spartans for their help in this war, and put he trainers to work right away. All alone, Aeric sends diplomats all over the known world, begging for assistance against the Aldabert menace.
Your kidding. 1. You have a trade route going from Northern Poland to Sparta? False. 2. Spartans have travelled to north poland and intervened? Ridiculous. 3. Why would you have a military alliance with a country that's too far away to help you? 4. Handful of spartans to train an army of people you have no advantage of helping. Where is your trade route? If it's by land, your efficiency would be at about 1%, because of the huge amount of land between you two. Is it by sea? It would take a month to get there, if your not killed by the Morrocans, the Danes, or the pirates. Or the English/Welsh. It's not realistic.
We (myself) have deals with the poles, the English, The welsh, and the greeks. We all take part in the trade route by sea. We have different zones of protection, and we all take turns shipping.
Man that Civil War went pretty shittilly for Aeric. And what are the claimates opinions on Poznan? That's probably more important than their opinions of Sparta. Also, how is the war between Sparta and Athens going?
I said Morrocans And really, Danzig and Greece, trading? That's just so ridiculous I can't comprehend it.
The war between Athens/Sparta is kind of a Stalemate now. Athens is losing ground, but Sparta is taking causualties. If they fought on an open field, Athens would have the numeric advantage.
Well, both are 'for' Poznan, but Aldabert supports moving away from them economically somewhere down the road, and Aeric wants to strengthen diplomatic relations, too afraid to really mess with the poles.
