Sparta and Rome had massive conversations with eachother making triple post after triple post in horrible grammar. Nothing really happened.
Sparta is apprently saying that this roleplay is based off of history, and all his soldiers are 'teh L33t Winz'. >.> I'm asking you if you want to stay in the war on Athens side and launch an invasion, or if you want to stay out of it and Leave Athens to die? And Rome turned against us. And Macedon might, as well.
What have the Romans to gain from joining with the Spartans? If they join with Sparta, they will only be betrayed in turn and their fledgling Empire torn down. Should they join with the Athenian alliance, they will gain land and power in the western Mediterranean, as well as riches from the various trade routes which could not possibly exist if the barbarian Spartans win. Though how can Macedon turn against us? They're already with Sparta. Also, has Carthage rejoined Sparta or become completely neutral?
Well, Mosh hasn't approved it, but someone joined as Rome, and spammed the page with Fatkid. Carthage is with Sparta still. Now do you want to stay with Athens, or dishonor our alliance with him?
Look @russianguy8745 and @Thefatkid, all of what you posted for the last 3 or 4 pages is pretty much all meaningless, and it should be meaningless. Mosh is still yet to confirm russianguy8745 as Rome, so there is still doubt on what happens there, and there has been no one else for those 3 or 4 pages to make sure that you were not godmodding or just doing bullshit.
I think we should wait for now, and see what Mosh says on the whole Rome situation. We can make our decision later, as of yet, neither of our states are in great peril.
Actually, our states are currently winning. We took Cyprus, bitches. And even if Athens is sieged itself, we can ship in supplies. We should stay with Athens.
And the Macedonia situation. But yeah, russianguy's and thefatkids grammar can become pretty pitiful.
Still though, Rome was an integral part of our plan, so we should wait and see how things turn out. Though at least Cyprus is firmly in our grasp. Hopefully, Macedon will reconsider their stance on Sparta too, since Sparta will only turn on them should they win.
I know, I don't actually know what's happening with Rome right now, though apparently somebody else has taken control, though Mosh hasn't confirmed this.
The lands around our new settlement of Benghazi are capable of producing olive oil. We apologise, but we have no need for any olive oil from the Spartans.
Especially since their dreams of victory are a sad delusion. They won't be so confident when Sparta is burned to the ground at our hands.
The good news for Tyre is that Dalmatia now controls the only access Rome has to purple dye, as Dalmatian trade routes are the only ones neutral to the war in the area. As per our agreement, you are getting half the profits from this. However, pirates ambushed a trading ship and then did considerable damage to a warship coming to fight them off, but they were killed in the process. Our agreement states you will compensate us for this loss, and a ship has been sent to Tyre to collect the money.
I would like Russianguy to explain his actions or I will have to void his Rome actions considering it is a non-playable character.....
